This is a post from Jenna Wortham and Brian X. Chen of Bits, NY Times. They share the rumor about top companies such as Apple, Samsung, Google and Microsoft working on a gadget that can be worn around the wrist in which is termed as a smartwatch. While none have arrived in the market yet, the authors explain that many are curious whether this will be a breakthrough.

In Bits, New York Times, Jenna Wortham and Brian X. Chen answers three questions about the rumored device. When asked, what its potential design may be, Jenna explains

Brian shares his thoughts on how it will be used by explaining

Brian continues to explain in Bits, New York Times that the value of the smartwatch will be defined by its apps. He adds, that the cost of the gadget is still the biggest question.
