In a post written by Thorin Klosowski of LifeHacker, he shares the four simplest, cheapest as well as neglected activities that can contribute to positive health in the future.

As we are provided and reminded by various resources of advanced health tips or information, we fail to see the significance of basic,essential health activities. To remind us what they are, Klosowski has provided a list.

First, is taking care of our hearing. Second, is using the right sunscreen. Third, is getting more sleep. Lastly, is brushing and flossing daily.

Although simple, ignoring these activities can definitely produce some regrets in the future. Do not put all your attention in loosing weight or eating healthy food since the thing we neglect or consider insignificant now may be our future’s the biggest contributor of discomfort.
