Bold Exterior Beach House with minimalist interiors

This is a short post in Trendir sharing about the Coolum Bays Beach House designed by Aboda Design Group that is located in Queensland, Australia. The house is described to be cool and contemporary. Aside from the modern design, the beach house is positioned in a location that offers spectacular views. The design and location makes the house a great place for relaxation and recreation.

A lot of creativity is applied to this structure. The steep sloping site and a few building constrains are a proof of such creativity. Architects used the steep slope to construct the garage below, allowing a lot of free space for additional constructions and landscaping.
